    PHP combines individual therapy, group therapy, medical oversight, psychoeducation, and skill-building in a structured daily schedule. Participants typically attend 5 days per week, 6–8 hours per day.

    This format lets you integrate recovery skills into real-life settings while still maintaining personal, family, and professional responsibilities.

    FDA-approved medications such as Buprenorphine (Suboxone®), Naltrexone (Vivitrol®), Methadone, or Acamprosate paired with therapy.

    Education on the biological, psychological, and social aspects of addiction — plus stress management and trigger response.

    Life Skills & Relapse Prevention

    Training in decision-making, healthy lifestyle routines, stress reduction, and rebuilding personal and professional responsibilities.

    A long-term recovery plan including outpatient therapy, support groups, and community resources to ensure sustained sobriety.

    Assessment & Stabilization
